Episode 18 - You don't have to run alone

Today we discuss my friend Dan doing a podcast maybe? Tweetup with Kris. Pea/Rice/Hemp protein shakes. YDHT(R3)A. C130's/Badgers. I was all over the place on this episode. Really wanted to focus on dealing with hotter running.

  1. Good episode, Ted. Today was my first run with it.. it was quite a good time listening to the monty python bits.. Both came at times that it felt good to laugh.. I'll be checking out the other podcasts you recommended.

  3. Have you tried Hammer Perpetuem yet during runs? On my long runs I mix up 1 1/2 scoops of it in 20 ounces of water and sip it throughout the run. (CamelBak full of Heed, and taking Endurolytes also)

    I find that the Perpetuem is awesome (soy protein, so absorption is FAST).

    The sludge you reference in this post can't possible absorb fast enough to help you on a run. IMHO
