Nuts

Ok going to incorporate more nuts to my diet. Due to the weigh in this week... consumed about 500 cals of nuts in one sitting... dagoooon those are some tastey nuts I must say. Soy/Walnut/Pecan.... what a delicious combination.

  1. Make sure you are taking in enough fiber to prevent the nuts from causing other "issues".

    Have you started tracking your diet yet, to get an accurate picture of where you "really" are?

  2. Nope. I'm complete suckage in that dept. I eat when I'm hungry, I eat till I'm full. Seems natural.
