Lots of snow melting

Need to scout the perimeter of the base too see how much of it I can run safely. Which is really important in my long run, that 9 mile perimeter run is the core of my long run workout. We've gotten tons of great days recently that would be great for snow melting.


  1. Hopefully we all get to thaw out now. Of course in Florida we are not under snow, but it has been cold (for us) none the less.
    I actually got out to run a 6 miler yesterday, but quickly found out that 6 days is not enough recovery after a 50 mile ultra. I guess I will need another week.
