You don't have to run alone - Episode 05

What an episode. From a production standpoint I need to make sure that editing nearly 3 hours of audio down to 30 minutes (ish) is not just a challange, it's very difficult.

  1. Balancing running and life = I do most of my running at 5:30 AM, so I am usually back home before non-running life starts. (even on long run days)
    Also my wife has started a marathon training schedule, and she does run while non-running life is happening.

    Do you have a set schedule? It helps if your family knows ahead of time what you are going to be doing.

    I was getting very tired on long runs (after 15 miles) until I started taking Hammer Nutrition Endurolytes. (When hot I took 1 each 1/2 hour, when cool I take 1 each hour) I notice a HUGE difference. Others have said that taking Succeed tabs work, but they have too much sodium in my opinion.
